Please leave by 10:00 AM so housekeeping can prepare for the next guests.

Call Summit County Mountain Retreats at 970-368-4800 at least 24 hours before checkout to request approval. Availability depends on the turnover schedule, including whether another guest arrives that day.

SCMR may charge a fee for approved late checkout. Any fee is set and collected directly by SCMR, not Frosty Flamingo Hospitality. Please obtain approval before staying past 10:00 AM.

Before you leave

1. Please remove all trash and recycling and place it in the appropriate receptacles. The dumpster is outside on the north side of the complex, between the Lakeside building and Highway 6. Do not leave trash outside the condo’s front door; housekeeping does not collect it there.
2. Leave beds unmade. There is no need to strip them.
3. Put used towels in a pile in the bathroom.
4. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add dishwasher detergent, and start it.
5. Close and lock exterior doors and windows.
6. Set the thermostat to at least 65°F.
7. Follow the fireplace shutdown instructions. Close any flue only after the fire is completely out and cold.
8. Leave the kitchen and bathroom under-sink cabinet doors open to help prevent frozen water lines.
9. Place all keycards on the kitchen counter.
10. Check for personal belongings and sign out of streaming accounts.
