Preparing for your stay

Before you leave home

• Save your private arrival message so you can find your lockbox code and Wi-Fi credentials.
• Plan to collect your arrival packet at the management office from 4:00 PM. Early check-in requires approval.
• Review pickup directions and parking.
• Reserve airport transportation and any activities that require advance booking.

What to pack

Bring layers, a warm outer layer, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, sun protection, personal toiletries, medications and chargers. Add weather-appropriate footwear and the gear you need for your planned activities.

What is provided

The kitchen includes cookware and dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and air fryer. Box fans are provided for summer; the condo does not have air conditioning.

Games and puzzles are in the entryway coat closet. The closet also has a blue recycling bin.

Your arrival packet contains your keycards and parking pass. Lodge pool towels are provided at the facility; bring your own towels for East Lake Poolhouse.

During your stay

Keep food and trash secured, give wildlife plenty of space, and follow posted building and amenity rules. Close exterior doors and windows when you leave.
